ZeroWire Chipset (TZC7200)
The ZeroWire™ chipset (TZC7200) is the ultra wideband (UWB) chipset providing high-definition video distribution over wireless networks. The chipset is comprised of both an RFIC (TZR7200) as well as a Baseband system-on-chip (TZB7200) from TZero Technologies. The TZC7200 is WiMedia compliant and provides full WiMedia Networking support for seamless sharing of entertainment content.

The TZC7200 meets the requirement for high-definition video by achieving the following metrics:
- Certified as Approved Retransmission Technology for HDCP by Digital Content Protection group (DCP LLC)
- Parameterized QoS for isochronous data transfers with guaranteed bandwidth reservations (DRP)
- A packet error rate of 10-8 (less than one packet error in more than two hours of high-definition video)
- Interference robustness: the ability to operate at a Signal to Interference ratio as low as -10 dB and still deliver flawless performance.
- Link reliability and availability that greatly exceeds 99%
- WiFi compatibility: Does not interfere with neighboring WiFi or other devices that operate at 2.4GHz such as microwave ovens and cordless phones
- Time synchronization fully supporting eight-channel surround sound
- On chip packet processing support for multiple simultaneous high-definition video streams

In the diagram above, the TZR7200 is a CMOS RFIC and the TZB7200 is a mixed-signal Baseband SoC ASIC which integrates the full WiMedia MAC and PHY.
